Mrs. Martin has significant experience in environmental engineering and regulatory services. Her background is in industrial permitting, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, environmental auditing, and remediation. Mrs. Martin has written federal and state permits for nine hazardous waste facilities. Management of these permits included negotiation of both major and minor modifications to existing state and federal permits. She has interacted with local, state, and federal agencies throughout the United States. Mrs. Martin has experience in interpreting and applying complex statutes, regulations, and interpretations of those statutes and regulations to industry in a practical fashion. She has participated in the design of major hazardous waste management units and facilities. Mrs. Martin is familiar with the design of various secondary containment systems for chemicals and hazardous wastes. Mrs. Martin has prepared many environmental plans including training plans, Contingency Plans, and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans.

Mrs. Martin has developed and implemented environmental audit programs. She has participated in the pursuit of ISO9001 and ISO14001 registration. She is a certified ISO14001 internal auditor. She has developed and presented environmental training seminars on many topics.

Mrs. Martin is skilled in on-site pilot scale testing, as well as environmental and industrial hygiene sampling. Mrs. Martin has managed and participated in large and small scale remediation projects.
